Finding Stacey's Place
A warm welcome awaits you at Stacey's Place. Andy and family will do their best to make your stay pleasant and rewarding. Carp to over 30lbs, in a 200 year old 2.5 acre stream fed lake.
If you are thinking of booking a stay at Stacey's Place please enquire for latest seasonal prices and do not hesitate for too long as we really do book up fast. We require a 50% deposit by transfer to our bank account (Bank details on request) when booking confirmed, remainder to be paid in Euros on arrival. Airport pickup service from Rennes available on request.

Andy and Francesca are the proud owners of Staceys Place and would love you to come and enjoy their little piece of paradise set in North West France.
The lake is peaceful and tranquil and very relaxing. We are family oriented and believe our lake is suitable for all ages of fishermen / women. We welcome all types of fishermen from keen anglers to once a year.
If you just want to use our facilities as a base and explore the area this is fine with us. The area has some lovely days out within driving distance, from Le Mans to St Mont Michel.
We have many species of birds, rabbits, butterflies, and water fowl, and red squirrels. Andy even has his own little collection of goats.

A Fast boat leaves Portsmouth to Cherbourg after March, the crossing time is approx. 2.5 hours.
The daytime crossing to Cherbourg is approx. 4.5 hours.
Stacey's Place is situated within easy driving distance from the main ports in the area. We are just 2.5 hours from Caen, 3 hours from Le Havre and 2 hours from Cherbourg
Our property totals 6.5 acres of which 2.5 acres is lake. The lake was dug out over 2 hundred years ago as holding water for the mill opposite. The lake is stream fed from the South West end which is also the area designated to wild life. Find out more about our lake here.
